John Healy is our managing director and is on the Board of Directors of the Abbey Group, our partner company. John has worked at a senior level within the tourism industry for over 25 years and so his knowledge of the industry is extensive. Originally from Kilkenny, John is the man to talk to if you want to know where to go and what to see when spending time in that beautiful part of the country. 

Having been in the industry for over 10 years, Michael is an oracle of knowledge and expertise when it comes to anything incentive in Ireland. Well-travelled, Michael has been all around the world and has spent time living in Greece, Cyprus, Gran Canaria, Spain and Atlanta. If it’s quirky, exclusive or fun, Michael is all over it. A man of many talents, he plays the tin whistle and he is also Moloney & Kelly’s resident celebrity- he even appeared on the Irish version of First Dates!

Yasmine has run some of the biggest and most complex programs to have come to Ireland during her time in the incentive industry since 2001. Resourceful and extremely knowledgeable in her field, Yasmine’s passion for Ireland means unique and high-end programs come easy to her. Always keen to find the latest and best of what Ireland has to offer, Yasmine manages to juggle being mum to her 3 kids with knowing all of the hot spots in town. 

Caoimhe is our girl about town- if you want to know the best places to eat or coolest spots for a night out, Caoimhe is your girl. Very determined and with a skillset to match, Caoimhe has not only facilitated some challenging incentive programs over the last number of years, she also works at global sales trips and is the Chairperson of the SITE Young Leaders Committee in Ireland. Caoimhe does enjoy travelling the world when she’s not working, too- one music festival at a time. 

Angela has worked with Moloney & Kelly since 1992 and so her experience within the incentive industry is vast. She knows everything about Ireland, down to the fairy forts throughout the island. Thankfully, despite the demands of the industry, her energy and sense of humour have never deserted her. Angela is at her happiest with a strong pot of tea and her favourite American treat, Pepperidge Milano Cookies- a love she developed during her time working in the US as a schoolteacher. 

A native of Germany, Sandy has been working in the incentive industry since 2010. Sandy’s warm nature and bubbly personality are reflected in her well thought out and fun programs. She loves to travel and to find new, unique experiences and suppliers around the country. If she’s not in work, Sandy can be found at the best vegetarian spots or at the trendiest cafes satisfying her love for all types of tea. Sandy also loves music and can often be seen at gigs of all types around town. 

Francois hails from France and has learned everything there is to know about Ireland as a destination during his time working as a guide. He now runs our French programs with great attention to detail and a real passion for the product. Another thing Francois is passionate about is food and drink- in fact he has been dubbed ‘Food and Beverage Manager’ here in the Moloney & Kelly office where he keeps his co-workers happy with lots of treats (& drinks on occasion!).

Our Gary has a real passion for operating incentive programs. His meticulous way of working and his caring nature means that no detail of any of his incentive programs will go without thought. Outside of work, Gary is very involved with the scouts on an international level and often travels around the country and beyond in this role. When he does have some spare time, Gary is exploring Dublin’s brunch and coffee scene- as a former barista, he loves finding the perfect cup of coffee!

A Dublin native with a strong background in Hospitality Management & Tourism. Jennifer brings a wealth of experience to the team and a lively personality to match. With over 7 years working  in Hotel Management and a  keen eye for detail no two programmes are ever the same. Jennifer can be found on the golf course most weekends or sipping on cocktails in one of Dublin's newest spots. If it is new Jennifer will know all about it!
